This design system rebuild focused on improving discoverability while keeping the brand intact. As the lead designer, I proposed two new visual directions for the overall look, addressing key issues around surfacing services and events as top priorities. Each concept emphasized clear hierarchy, easy scanning and consistent brand themes. Once aligned, I rebuilt the system in Figma using modular components that were simple to reuse and scale across pages. I also reworked the navigation into a more intuitive structure, making it easier for users to find what matters quickly and confidently.
